It is also known as the 'Pompeii of the Aegean, ' as covered by the Thera eruption, and many investigators quickly began to posture Thera and Akrotiri were the basis for the story of Atlantis. Now my travels take me to Spain, investigating what occurred in the aftermath of the eruption, exploring the evidence and artifacts located in museums and archaeological sites in Spain as well as my investigation leading the to Switzerland and back to Ireland.
