Vasconi has also created office buildings such as the Lille-Europe tower in Euralille, the Spandau Gate centre in Berlin and the Kreativitatsmelle in Dusseldorf. In 1973 he gained international acclaim as a result of the highly-controversial project of Les Halles in Paris. Further projects include the reorganization of the Borsig-area in Berlin and the design for the new Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg.
