There is a Practical Guidance section that provides a comprehensive set of practical instructions including setting up the room, children's posture, use of music and drawing materials, selecting the meditation, preparation for and advice on reading out the scripts, affirmations, chanting and advice on regularity of practice.
The main part of the book is divided into five sections of meditations: Calming, Uplifting, Creativity, Confidence and Self-Healing, each containing a variety of scripts. Notes are provided at the beginning of each meditation to help set the ideal environment and to provide ideas for discussion and/or creative activity afterwards.
