Описание: High throughput sequencing (HTS) technologies have conquered the genomics and epigenomics worlds. The applications of HTS methods are wide, and can be used to sequence everything from whole or partial genomes, transcriptomes, non-coding RNAs, ribosome profiling, to single-cell sequencing.
