Con el proposito de ayudar a informar la toma de decisiones por parte del Ministerio de Educacion en este ambito, el objetivo de este estudio es proporcionar respuestas tentativas a estas preguntas sobre la base de los datos presupuestarios administrativos, asi como los datos a nivel de la escuela recolectados a traves de un censo de infraestructura escolar en 2008.
