I use an interactive teaching format and try to avoid academic jargon. The message is: Living single (again) following a divorce or death is both a great opportunity and a grave danger. You have a rare opportunity to really understand what God intended in biblical marriage, but at the same time you are a "street-wise" person threatened by both your past and future decisions. Your focus, whether unmarried or remarried, must be to please God. My purpose has been to offer encouragement to those of you who are single, again. You should not be made to feel like you are a second-class citizen in the Kingdom of God.
