Finally, after twelve years of martial law, the fate of the first freely elected government since, become tightly intertwined with the Foundations. But all bets are off when the Decepticans decide its time to quit the expensive job of fooling as many as possible and decide to take over the worlds government while ridding themselves of the majority of the Earths human population.
