Описание: The Nonogon Story tells the tale of Daniel ODork aka YODi who came from the Northern English town of Brunlea, an aspiring young artist in 1969 who began creating strange characters. These comic characters gradually became quite important in his life; one of them he named Apulhed became his alter-ego. By 1999 he had more than ten personages that he made sculptures of, exhibiting them at Colchester Library in January 2000. As the New Millennium began, YODi (now a Middle Aged Dork, MAD) had a strange dream that he went to Arizona to meet the Hopi people who hold ceremonies in underground pits called kivas. YODi looked around the kiva and saw many people from his own past there; it seemed he was in an extraordinary meeting peopled by his lifelong friends, comic book heroes, and Old Souls. He saw he is part of The Nonogon Nomads (a Cosmic Tribe who travel in a Nine Sided Craft called The Nonogon). Описание: Pete Kennedy left his home in Brunlea in September 1969 to enter Teacher Training at St Lukes College Exeter. Lukes had a number of young men from private public schools who like those from the grammar schools were usually the dropouts that hadnt got high enough grades at A Level to get into a University. Teacher Training College offered 3 or 4 years delay in finding real work. The men at predominantly male St Lukes mostly got on well together except when hunting females which was a popular pastime and dances were arranged (by PK for a year!) with nearby predominantly female colleges (so that both sexes could sate their needs "to the full.") A Great Fool tells the story of ODork as he moves like an eel (or heel) through 4 years at college. Starting out green behind the ears and a virgin he ends up a less green would be stud. Then he falls in love; first with a beautiful girl from Exeter then with his art, although Art says it came before the girl(s), it stuck around and he became deeply engrossed in it. Did the Art reward his efforts? Read the book (and look at the pictures) to find out. Then the young Kennedy meets an older self who infiltrates his book with often unkind observations about his behaviour and this develops into quite a heated dialogue.
