2064, Rawlins Abu Bakr

2064 details a 50-year strategic plan to establish Islamic Shariah (divine legal framework) under the leadership of a rightly guided global Caliph (head of state). Non-Islamic desires that are predominant in the worlds secular societies have led to social, economic, and moral degradation. 2064 provides a strategic framework to reverse troubling socio-economic trends from an Islamic perspective. The 2064 strategy is not covert nor does it violate the United States Constitution or any international laws and it seeks to improve the quality of life for all people.
