Start the process of watching yourself as you go through life looking at what emotions are being brought up each day. These emotions give us a clue into our programming or map of reality. Once aware of what is going on and how we are creating it we can make better more resourceful choices.
We all affect our world the question we need to ask is what effect are we having are we part of the solution or contributing to the problems of the world by refusing to heal.
We are powerful beings who need to step into that power to create the world we want to live in.
