This novel is both fiction and nonfiction. It is an inspirational, spiritual, and romantic story. It revolves around a girl whose only dream is to find the man of her dreams to settle down with.
However, after her first break up she learns about self-love and self-respect. She gets disappointed with her dream being shattered, but she doesnt give up. She tries her luck with many men, one hook up to another to find the man of her dreams, but her love life does not change.
Despite having a close and loving relationship with the men in her family, the story takes a turn when she is counting on them for her rights and they not only betray her but also abandon her. She is devastated and deeply offended. But it confronts her with the reality of those she loved the most.
Finally, she puts herself together and demands they should treat her with the respect which she deserves. She stops being a victim of the controlling and dominating behaviour of her loved ones.
Instead of being upset with herself or with them. She turns to God for help. It challenges her perceptions towards relationships, love and God.
She learns the true purpose and the truth about relationships and embarks on a true spiritual journey.
