Penny couldnt believe it was almost the end of summer, which meant she would be starting kindergarten soon. How could she go to school when she still didnt know all her ABCs? What if her classmates made fun of her when they found out? Penny had practiced most of the summer, but she still couldnt remember the alphabet. She decided it was time to ask her mother for some help. Mrs. Penguin told her not to worry because she had a simple way for her to learn them by the time school starts. With her mothers help and a fun little song, Penny was able to learn the ABCs and now she was very excited about going to kindergarten.
