He became a clinical social worker for Child Guidance Center for 2 years before starting his own private practice. Gladys Noll Alvarez, MSW, LISW is the Trauma Informed Care Project Coordinator at Orchard Place/ Child Guidance Center. She earned her Master's in Social Work at the University of Iowa and has been engaged in 2 year-long learning collaboratives through the National Child Traumatic Stress Network. Ms. Alvarez is a member of the following initiatives: C.A.N.(Child.
