In the semblance of a Grand Circle Tour, the featured destinations connect regional scenic icons within an average of 200 miles (one way), ending at the tourist hub where the tour began. The knowledge in these compact books graduates from the essential to more entailed information (i.e., geology, natural and human history, and other relevant subject matter). Thus, the reader peruses only what suit's one's interest.
