Whether it's depression, anxiety, or some combination of both that has you puzzled, this is a quick guide to better understanding. Dr. Goodall has a doctorate in clinical psychology, and has run private practices for the last 25 years. This book is designed to help people, ask better questions, and more importantly get better answers from their practitioners. In order to understand something, you have to see how it presents live. She has great mini insights to help you understand foundational pieces. Most importantly, most of which is fixable, and improvable, once you are clear in understanding what is ailing you, and what are the culprits. Many people are just unaware of where to search, or are getting misinformation, so they spend many years not feeling much better. Psychology explains inner dynamics that fuel mood dysregulation. This is meant to be a foundational piece of Psychology and Biology and how they come together. Most importantly, it's a book of hope, and a book of understanding.
