The stories--by Isaac Asimov, Vernor Vinge, Brian Aldiss, and Philip K. Dick--cover telepresence, behavior-based robotics, deliberation, testing, human-robot interaction, the "uncanny valley," natural language understanding, machine learning, and ethics.
