These include young researchers (undergraduates and postgraduates) and recognized scholars (professors and lecturers) who study the socio-economic and legal consequences of the emergence and dissemination of digital technologies, including the Internet of Things. The content is divided into three logical parts, the first of which is devoted to the essence of the process of institutionalization and legal regulation of the information society.
