The book, which exquisitely reproduces an enormous quantity of documents, coincides with the exhibition of the same name hosted by the Cнrculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid. All of the material included in the Avant-garde and Propaganda exhibition and catalogue comes from the Lafuente Archive, whose extensive collection of Russian avant-garde and Soviet realism work includes more than 1,300 pieces.
