The 'I' of being is not local, finite or temporal but infinite-infinity itself, the infinitude of truth being all that is.
The truth of being-the pure and fulfilled 'I' of you, me and all-is omnipresent as each point of itself. The whole of God, spirit and truth, is omnipresent at every point of itself simultaneously.
God is ever manifested, tangible and visible. There is no 'unmanifested, undemonstrated, intangible or invisible' God-spirit, truth.
