It does not have any mutilation or a severed hand, ear or foot. That only happens on the part of the animal's owner or guardian, either due to neglect or by action taken directly against the animal.Likewise, the child is born with the true faith of Islām. When he is taught lying, deception, corruption, depravity, or any other evil act, then this goes outside the natural disposition (i.e., Fitrah). This is either caused by poor upbringing, neglect or outside influences from wicked people or companions.
