Описание:
While hopping through life, Christina takes a look at the value of a daily approach to life's lessons. No matter the outcome of your day whether it goes to plan or not, there is always something that we can learn. We can learn joy in despair and we can learn triumph in failure.
Through the lens of her own life, Christina invites readers to look at their lives from a perspective beyond their own lily pad, and to consider the pond as a whole. Her struggles, progress and accomplishments will ripple in your own life as you look for your own takeaways.
Sometimes silly and sometimes somber, these daily anecdotes are always interesting, and always thoughtful. You don't know from one day to the next whether she will swim deep for the next lily pad or jump and reach for the stars, but there is never a dull moment.
Описание: After writing his first book; Uncle Wrigley and the Snow Bush - A Christmas Story. Gary received such great reviews, he decided to write more books, a series if you will. The second book entitled; Uncle Wrigley and Twigley the Flying Squirrels-Candy and Cupcake store, currently in publishing. The third book, Uncle Wrigley visits the Easter Bunny. Also, soon to be sent to the publisher as well. Gary has a love for wide eyed children who believe in the fun and fantasy world that he has written about. To demonstrate this point, after fishing with his grandson Logan this week has decided to write yet another children's book to be called; Wigley the Talking Fish. The book about the about the talking fish, came about just as a fun thought. As all of his writings do. So, keep tuned.

Описание: It was one cold winter night in the year of 1985 when-with my daughters, Julie Ann Marie and Melanie Joy, sitting on either side of me in our family room-I started to verbalize the magical story of Uncle Wrigley and the Snow Bush. I reached out to my younger brother, Timothy, a design draftsman by trade with unique illustration abilities, to put the story to color and bring it to life. I eventually put the story to print and in 1987 had it copyrighted.
Описание: This book is a result of an effort made by us towards making a contribution to the preservation and repair of original classic literature. In an attempt to preserve, improve and recreate the original content, we have worked towards: 1. Type-setting & Reformatting: The complete work has been re-designed via professional layout, formatting and type-setting tools to re-create the same edition with rich typography, graphics, high quality images, and table elements, giving our readers the feel of holding a 'fresh and newly' reprinted and/or revised edition, as opposed to other scanned & printed (Optical Character Recognition - OCR) reproductions. 2. Correction of imperfections: As the work was re-created from the scratch, therefore, it was vetted to rectify certain conventional norms with regard to typographical mistakes, hyphenations, punctuations, blurred images, missing content/pages, and/or other related subject matters, upon our consideration. Every attempt was made to rectify the imperfections related to omitted constructs in the original edition via other references. However, a few of such imperfections which could not be rectified due to intentional\unintentional omission of content in the original edition, were inherited and preserved from the original work to maintain the authenticity and construct, relevant to the work. We believe that this work holds historical, cultural and/or intellectual importance in the literary works community, therefore despite the oddities, we accounted the work for print as a part of our continuing effort towards preservation of literary work and our contribution towards the development of the society as a whole, driven by our beliefs. We are grateful to our readers for putting their faith in us and accepting our imperfections with regard to preservation of the historical content. HAPPY READING
The winner of The Most Frequently Asked Question For Unconditionally Loving Distance Running is... "What in the heck can you possibly ponder to keep you running for all that time without going nuts?"
"Everything. Nothing. You name it. What doesn't a person think about when they run?" This written journey was an invitation to answer that question with personal transparency. This ten year compilation of reflections was birthed after laborious miles running in the sun. A few topics originated during Midwest winters while running a bob and weave pattern to try to stay warm and dodge frozen cow pies.
This written potpourri was intended to be lighthearted and comical, sometimes filled with random silliness. Over years of running, there have accumulated many fresh insights and a discovery of an intensely spiritual side that was not expected nor sought. Welcome to the thoughts of a runner and a life coach. Enjoy.
