This book presents the award-winning program for co-creating public spaces in Tatarstan. It is both a memory of the people and a manual of the processes that created parks, promenades, embankments and public squares across the urban and rural areas of the Rebublic. Presented as a Model of participative public space making, it displays a selection of the different scales and typologies of public spaces with personal narratives from the multiple actors and stakeholders of the design process.
