Estas son algunas de las cuestiones de mayor relieve que han llevado los Organismos de la Sociedad Civil, al presentar esta propuesta para la elaboraci n de un programa de prevenci n, intervenci n y erradicaci n de las adicciones, y robustecer una cultura en general de paz y sana convivencia en los entornos escolares y las familias como m dula de nuestra sociedad.
