About the Author:
Dr. Gregg Steinberg is a professor of human performance at Austin Peay State University. Golf Digest ranked him as one of worlds greatest sports psychologist and has worked with many professional athletes on the PGA tour, NBA, and NFL. Dr. Steinberg is the author of 3 mental toughness books, including the Washington Post bestseller Full Throttle, which illustrates performance psychology principles applied to business: Flying Lessons, which illustrates how to build mental and emotional toughness in children and Mentalrules for golf, which is a golf psychology book.
