A weekly planning page is provided to list things you need to accomplish, meal plans, habits you are trying to create, and affirmations, along with a section to write, doodle, and create ideas. The page for each day has space to make a list of things you are grateful for, set your intention or goal(s) for that day, as well as to write down the days thoughts and experiences and check off your habit tracker at the end of the day.
