Building on established measures of IFFs, the Report provides new insights on country estimates of export misinvoicing on the continent and highlights specific characteristics of mineral commodities. It also underlines some of the motivations and root causes of IFFs.

Its main finding is that ISID is feasible and technology can simultaneously serve all three dimensions of sustainability, including economic, social and environmental. Описание: The Asia-Pacific Countries with Special Needs Development Report 2016 explores ways to adapt the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to the unique circumstances, capacities and levels of development of the Asia-Pacific Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS), collectively referred to as Countries with Special Needs (CSN).
