Описание: This book addresses itself to the handwritten log of noncommissioned Ottoman Military officer Huseyin Atif Efendi, my grandfather. He fought in the Gallipoli and the East Fronts of World War One, before the establishment of the Republic of Turkey. In the fronts, he wrote official war logs from time to time and set tents when necessary. It contains, history in the raw its dramas and cruelties, its moments of humor some of it very black indeed its drudgery, and its excitement.
