Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Management Options: A Guide for Natural Resource Managers in Southern Forest Ecosystems provides a comprehensive analysis of forest management options to guide natural resource management in the face of future climate change. There is a need to unpack and assess national climate change mitigation and adaptation priorities at the sectoral and activity level, to understand the climate-related hazards and risks threatening ecosystems and the livelihood systems they sustain, and to identify the various barriers, capacity gaps and support needs impeding the dissemination of technologies and resources for the uptake of climate action on the ground.
