Описание: The act of compromising can be traced back to the beginning of time in the book of Genesis – in particular, Genesis 3, the Fall of Mans account. Compromising in Genesis 3 can be gleaned as both good and bad. The account confirms that Eve, in the course of being tempted by the serpent, compromised the Gardens values arranged by God and voluntarily embraced the forbidden fruit from the tree in the Garden, and proceeded to give some to her husband who was with her and he ate it.

The account of what came following Adam and Eves temptation and consequent fall from grace is surmised as nothing but healthy compromise. Such that created a path for mankind to be reunited with God subsequently restored eternal life for man in Heaven. The outcome of compromising ones values often produces consequences that may result in restoration or self-destruction and painful experiences – and more often than not, alter ones destiny in the process, whether positive or negative.

Christian leaders are faced with leading in a global environment, which can be very complicated without unblemished leadership characteristics (garden principles). Many leaders are tasked daily to balance individual, spiritual, organizational values to make decisions that bring sustainable, profitable, positive outcomes in accordance with Godly principles: to be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it...(Genesis 1:2831).
