The words of this Chronicle, being warnings of judgments to the Nation and to the Government and why, does include some of the myriad exhortations, corrections, rebukes and deliverances to the church and to society at large, as well as, healing and hope to the lost and dying, the bereaved and displaced. The Chronicles of God have not been fully updated for the prophecies that have already come to pass. Rest assured, God speaks Truth. This Chronicle, at the beginning of the compilation, I had thought was to be only the warnings of the impending judgments. God has since spoken to include words he spoke for encouragement, inspiration and restoration and healing. Perhaps, his words of exhortation, instruction and comfort will be beneficial to others. Also, at the onset, I had desired only to address the governmental issues, thinking the chronology to that point only would be more readily perused by Leaders. But God. Gods Wisdom: Government and God are inseparable, thus the inclusion of church, as well as, state. Some people are making changes and progress since this writing of corrections and rebukes. It is for the body of humanity this record urges others to do so, as well. The Assistant Attorney General called telling me to expect a knock at the door for he was sending a recommendation to the Attorney General that I be arrested and prosecuted. It didnt happen. Six weeks before Hurricane Katrina I faxed the President and the Law-makers of the whirlwinds that were coming and where. Ive never heard another word from any of them concerning my guilt. Описание: In Managing Inequality, Karen R. Miller examines the formulation, uses, and growing political importance of northern racial liberalism in Detroit between the two World Wars. In the wake of the Civil War, many white northern leaders supported race-neutral laws and anti-discrimination statutes. These positions helped amplify the distinctions they drew between their political economic system, which they saw as forward-thinking in its promotion of free market capitalism, and the now vanquished southern system, which had been built on slavery. But this interest in legal race neutrality should not be mistaken for an effort to integrate northern African Americans into the state or society on an equal footing with whites. During the Great Migration, which brought tens of thousands of African Americans into Northern cities after World War I, white northern leaders faced new challenges from both white and African American activists and were pushed to manage race relations in a more formalized and proactive manner. The result was northern racial liberalism: the idea that all Americans, regardless of race, should be politically equal, but that the state cannot and indeed should not enforce racial equality by interfering with existing social or economic relations. Miller argues that racial inequality was built into the liberal state at its inception, rather than produced by antagonists of liberalism. Managing Inequality shows that our current racial system--where race neutral language coincides with extreme racial inequalities that appear natural rather than political--has a history that is deeply embedded in contemporary governmental systems and political economies.
