Описание: This book updates clinical guidance and theory for Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), an approach that gives patients corrective emotional and relational experiences that mobilize changes in the brain. Practitioners of AEDP understand psychopathology as a byproduct of internal working models, borne out of insecure attachment experiences, that now thwart adaptive functioning in adulthood. The goal of AEDP is to be therapeutically present with patients and their pain and to guide them to have a new experience-a good experience-thus rewiring memory and capacity to reflect. After introducing concepts of transformation and complexity, the book presents five case studies of large systems change. These cases and others are referenced throughout the remainder of the book to present large systems change strategy, organizing structures, steps in developing the necessary collective action, tools, and guidance for change practitioners.

In fact, it is not easy to even find a consensus regarding the meaning of the word happiness. Seligman (2011), one of the fathers of the positive psychology, confirmed that his original view the meaning he referred to was close to that of Aristotle. But, he recently confessed that he now detests the word happiness, since it is overused and has become almost meaningless. The aim of this open access book is to shed new light on human flourishing through the lenses of neurosciences and health, organizations, and arts.
