Les INR suivant l'introduction de la FQ taient significativement plus lev s que l'INR initial. L'INR s'abaissait chez 16 % des patients, restait similaire chez 46 % et augmentait dans 38 % des cas. La ciprofloxacine induisait une diminution d'INR dans 32% des cas, alors que l'ofloxacine et la levofloxacine augmentaient l'INR chez 42% des patients. En analyse multivari e, seul le type de FQ et l'existence de m dicaments associ s modificateurs enzymatiques restaient significativement associ s la modification d'INR. Conclusion: Les FQ peuvent modifier significativement l'INR. Les r sultats obtenus sugg rent une v rification plus fr quente de l'INR dans les jours suivants l'introduction de FQ.

Durkheim wrote hitherto unknown and unpublished reports for the social and economic sciences section of the government's Comit? des travaux historiques et scientifiques.
