About the Editor: Marc-Antoine Pйrouse de Montclos is a Doctor in Political Science and a Professor at the French Institute of Geopolitics in the University of Paris 8. A specialist on armed conflicts in Africa south of the Sahara, he graduated from the Institut d'йtudes politiques de Paris (IEP), where he teaches, and is a researcher at the Institut de recherche pour le dйveloppement (IRD). Most people and groups seem to have one form of grouse or the other against the Nigerian state and its institutions, meaning that unless the trend is urgently reversed, there is a risk of having Nigeria without Nigerians.
